John Merhi

John Merhi, the owner of Emerald Function Centre, lives by his motto ‘If it’s not PERFECT, it’s not good enough’. Having worked in many of Sydney’s finest restaurants, hotel and function centres for over 30 years he has gained extensive experience in planning and coordinating numerous weddings, awards nights, charity fundraisers and annual events.

John has an eye for detail and prides himself on his attention to detail. His energetic and meticulous approach has earned him a reputation in the hospitality industry as person who is not happy unless the valued client leaves with the experience that their night was PERFECT.
